LIFE IS SWEET ENOUGH is a Unidos Contra la Diabetes campaign. Its purpose is to engage partner organization to adopt increased water consumption within their organization. This will reduce the number of sugary beverages consumed resulting in a potential reduction in prediabetes risk.

Learn the Facts

Soda consumption is detrimental to health and wellbeing. One soda per day is associated with increased risk of stroke, heart disease, diabetes and obesity.

Switch The Beverage

Consumption of soda decreases with age. 71% of people aged between 14 and 19 years drink sodas as for 50% of individuals aged over 31 years drink soda.

What about the RGV

It is up to use to find out what our sugary beverages consumption looks like in the Rio Grande Valley. We count on the support of 13 organizations and we invite you to join the campaign.
