- Get a full body workout including cardio while working out different areas of your body. Increase your cardio endurance during this class by increasing and lowering your heart rate. Not only will you work your heart but you will also get your muscles burning to build strength! Participants will need to register and RSVP on the Stronger Austin website (http://strongeraustin.org).
